Hey! We’ve made some changes since you were last here…or maybe this is your first time. In either case, you might want to check out our FAQs!

Where and when is the event this year?

The Conference will take place on Wednesday, 10/4, at Aura. The Workshops will take place on Thursday, 10/5, at The Regency Hotel.

What are the parking options?

If you’re driving in, you’ll want to park in a lot or garage, as most street parking is limited to 2 hours. The Free Street Garage at 1 – 53 Free Street is closest to Aura with other parking options available.

The Regency Hotel, where the workshops are taking place, offers valet parking. The Custom House Parking Garage at 25 Pearl St. is the closest public parking garage, with other lots nearby.

How many people will be in attendance?

While we regularly had 350 – 400 people in years past, the new venue maxes out at around 200. So, don’t get left out!

What’s the dress code?

We want you to be comfortable! Dress as relaxed or as fancy as you like. Take a look at some of the photos and videos from previous years to get a sense of how people showed up, if you like.

Can I attend the Conference without attending the Workshops, and vice versa?

Absolutely! Choose the experience that works for you. Of course, there is a discount when you bundle the events!

Is lunch included?

Yes and no. We will be offering boxed lunches (included with a VIP pass, an add-on for a regular ticket.) There is also a restaurant on site, and a lot of nearby options if you want to stretch your legs. Just make sure you’re back for the next session…you won’t want to miss it!

In years past you offered a live stream. Will you be offering that again?

We’re changing things up a bit, and the live stream is something that didn’t make this year’s cut. However, we are recording the Conference, and you’ll be able to purchase the on-demand pass so you can watch on your own schedule. If you’re attending the Conference, you can upgrade your ticket to include the on-demand recordings as well. Or grab a VIP ticket and your on-demand tickets are free!

What’s the difference between the VIP Ticket and the Regular Ticket?

There are a few things that differ between the two. Based on popular demand, VIP ticket holders will be able to attend a VIP breakfast before the conference that will include all the speakers! They’ll also get the on-demand recordings, an expedited registration process, a sweet AOC-branded t-shirt, and more.

However, there are only 50 VIP tickets, so grab yours before they’re all gone!

What’s your return policy?

We know things change. Regardless of when you purchase your tickets, you can get a full refund until 8/1/2023, and a 50% refund up until 9/1/2023. You can transfer your ticket to another person at any point…just let us know!

Did you change your branding? And are there new agents?

Hey! Thanks for noticing. Yes, after over a decade of AOC we decided it was time for an update and an upgrade. Also, when we first started, our focus was on Search, Social, and Mobile marketing. But times have changed, and so we recruited three new agents: Neuro (for neuromarketing), AI, and Blockchain.
