Many people questioned Blockchain’s admission to the Agents of Change. After all, what does Blockchain have to do with marketing a business?

While it is true that the role Blockchain plays in any company’s marketing is still relatively unknown, it is the underpinnings of what’s often considered Web 3. For years, social media was dismissed as a business tool. Years before that, most businesses ignored the internet and had no website for people to visit. 

Today, we don’t know if the metaverse will fail (again), if crypto will crash (again), and whether NFTs will be part of most company’s marketing and communication plan. But none of them are possible without Blockchain. 

Stoic and avoiding the spotlight, Blockchain is still an unknown force, but one worth keeping an eye on.
