Rich Brooks

Rich Brooks is founder and president of flyte new media, a digital agency in Portland, Maine, that’s been around for over 20 years. He is a nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and social media.

He founded The Agents of Change, an annual conference and weekly podcast that focuses on search, social & mobile marketing.

Rich is the author of The Lead Machine: The Small Business Guide to Digital Marketing, a popular and well-received book that helps entrepreneurs and marketers reach more of their ideal customers online.

A New England native, Sara Munro has a broad range of communications and public relations experience in the public and private sectors. She has worked through the rise of digital tools (web, email, social media) and knows the challenges of determining what is worth exploring and how to best leverage new media within the broader context of marketing, corporate communications, and strategic planning.

Sara is currently Chief Collaboration Officer and Owner of Bay Haven Consulting. She has worked in public relations, fundraising, event planning, and digital marketing both in-house and as a consultant for: Vermont Women’s Fund, Young Inventors’ Program at the Academy of Applied Science, Community Health Centers of Burlington, Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity, Vermont Design Works, and many others. She regularly presents social media and content planning workshops at the Center for Women and Enterprise. When she isn’t traveling between Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine, Sara is an active community volunteer and often validates the laws of gravity in her athletic attempts.
