Pre-Conference Workshop Details

Join us on Thursday, 9.19.2019 for the AOC workshops with topics covering Instagram, Podcasting, LinkedIn, Chatbots, Local SEO, Digital Agency Mastermind and Creating a Buzz Campaign! We’re running four sessions simultaneously so you can choose just one of the eight or two non-competing sessions.

Ron Callis Jr

Ron Callis Jr is CEO of One Firefly, LLC, an award-winning marketing agency catering to the custom integration, security and clean tech industries. Ron is dedicated to helping the custom electronics industry grow and is a Certified CEDIA Instructor, CEDIA Registered Outreach Instructor, and former chair of CEDIA’s Content Action Team within the Business College. Description: A comprehensive overview of the ManyChat platform. Learn how navigate the platform and set up your first chatbot or enhance your current chatbot. We’ll review how chatbot are built, what makes a chatbot successful, how to correctly set up a chatbot including how to use keywords and key features such as tagging, list building, and lead generation strategies. 

 

Liz Bell

Whether it be starting her marketing consultancy or working as a bike messenger in the streets of San Francisco, Liz Bell is fearless. With dry wit and empathy, Liz has charted a career that began in the non-profit world speaking at college campuses about risk management and career planning. After a move to the West Coast as a bike messenger, and seriously reconsidering her life expectancy, she lit up the international credit card manufacturing industry with innovative marketing solutions and cut her management skills with several ad agencies in San Francisco & Silicon Valley. Now, 25 years into a storied career, Liz co-founded Archerdog Creative to “democratize marketing opportunities” for companies of every size. She moved over to flyte in December of 2018 and has no regrets. Liz is game to talk about anything, but don’t get her started about golf or southern suppers unless you have some time.

John Paglio

John Paglio is flyte new media’s Digital Marketing Specialist. He specializes in Local SEO & SEO but a strong knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads). He helps local businesses obtain their goals and get them excited about their own marketing. Digital Marketing can often be left on the backburner when you’re trying to run a business and wear many different hats.
